  3.  Notice to all sysops that lock their modems to a certian baud speed:

  5.  Raider no longer requires PORTER to run at high speed. The new code added will
  6. allow Raider to run at speeds up to 38.4K, and on locked speed modems. No
  7. additional work on your part is necessary, just remove the PORTER call from
  8. your batch file.
